Becky Cucchi is a fourth generation Phoenician with a lifelong passion for nursing, preventive care, and community health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University, where she also competed as a Division I softball student athlete. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors and as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
Throughout her education and clinical career, Becky has been passionate about health literacy and patient education. She believes empowering patients with knowledge is essential to disease prevention, improved health outcomes, and lowering healthcare costs through proactive, preventive care.
Becky began her nursing career at the Arizona Burn Center at Valleywise Medical Center, where she cared for patients in both the Progressive Care Unit, Burn Intensive Care Unit, and Burn Emergency Room. During her time there, she specialized in burn and wound care while also gaining experience caring for emergency and critical care patients. She later joined the Neurological Intensive Care Unit at Banner University Medical Center, caring for patients with complex neurological conditions such as strokes, seizure disorders, and other critical neurological illnesses. Becky then transitioned to a full-time role with Healthcare Solutions Centers, where she has served in both clinical and operational leadership roles. Today, Becky practices as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner while continuing to support strategic operations and the development of innovative employer sponsored healthcare programs.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys golfing, spending time with her husband and dogs, and promoting healthy lifestyles within her community.
