When can I get my labs drawn?
We offer onsite blood draws at most clinic locations at least once per month. In addition, weekday lab draws are available by appointment at our corporate clinic in Central Phoenix. To schedule an appointment or confirm your facility’s next scheduled draw date and time, please call 602-424-2101.
Patients' also have the option to complete their lab work at any Sonora Quest Laboratories location for convenience.
Who can be seen at the clinics?
Eligibility to be seen at the clinic depends on your company’s policy. To confirm who is covered for clinic services, please contact Healthcare Solutions Centers at 602-424-2101 or reach out to your Human Resources department for more information.
How do I make an appointment?
You may schedule an appointment by calling our corporate office at (602) 424-2101 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments can also be requested online using the Patient Portal button located in the upper left corner of this website, or the Appointment Request button in the upper right corner.
Does it cost money to be seen?
If you are employed by a company contracted with Healthcare Solutions Centers, LLC, you may be seen at the clinic at no cost for most visits.
Please note that additional costs apply for participation in our semaglutide weight loss program. Other expenses may also occur for services provided outside of the clinic, such as pharmacy, laboratory, or radiology fees.
What types of appointments do we offer?
We offer two main types of appointments:
- Telehealth which are completed remotely over the phone with a video telehealth feature
- In person appointments to be seen in the clinic by a family nurse practitioner or registered nurse
Other appointments completed by other medical professionals include:
- Flu pop-up clinics
- Lab draws
