About Your On-Site Clinic
Your on-site clinic is here to make healthcare simple, convenient, and completely accessible. Located right at your workplace, the clinic provides high-quality medical care without long waits, urgent care visits, or months of scheduling delays. All visits are free for employees and eligible spouses and dependents on the UMR medical plan— there are no copays, ever. Your medical information is completely confidential. The clinic operates under strict healthcare privacy laws, and your employer does not have access to your personal health details.

Who can be seen at the clinics?
All employees can be seen at the clinic.
Any spouses or dependents that are on the UMR Bill Luke medical plan can also be seen at the clinic.

Does it cost money to be seen?
All clinic visits are provided at no cost to eligible patients.
If you choose to participate in the semaglutide weight loss program, there will likely be a cost associated with the medication.
Additionally, services completed outside of the clinic—such as pharmacy, laboratory, or radiology services—may result in separate charges.

You may schedule an appointment by calling our corporate office at (602) 424-2101 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What is the Biometric Program?
Visit 1: Blood Draw
You will come to the clinic for a quick lab draw to check important health markers such as cholesterol and blood sugar. This is completed right here at the clinic.
Visit 2: Mini Physical & Results Review
You will return for a brief appointment where we check your blood pressure, height, weight (and other required measurements), and review your lab results with you. During this visit, we will explain your numbers and answer any questions you may have.
After completing both visits, you will receive a printed confirmation stating that you successfully completed the biometric program. You simply submit this form to your employer, and they will issue your $100 incentive.
Your personal health results are completely confidential. This screening is for wellness purposes only and does not include drug testing (including marijuana).
When can I get my labs drawn?
On-site phlebotomy is offered at clinic locations at least once per month.
- Bill Luke Phoenix: the 4th Monday of each month from 8:00am-10:00am by appointment.
- Bill Luke Santan: the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7:30am-9:30am by appointment.
- Bill Luke Marana: the 1st Wednesday of each month from 7:30am-9:30am by appointment.
- Bill Luke Tempe: the 1st Wednesday of each month from 8:00am-10:00am by appointment.
In addition, weekday lab draws are available by appointment at the Healthcare Solutions Corporate clinic in Central Phoenix off of 11th street and Camelback road.
Patients also have the option to complete their lab work at any Sonora Quest Laboratories location for convenience.
