Maria is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry, with a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to advancing healthcare delivery. Graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a concentration in Healthcare Management, from Colorado Technical University. Building upon this foundation, Maria recently attained a Master of Business Administration with honors, specializing in Healthcare Management, further solidifying her expertise in navigating the complexities of healthcare administration. Additionally, Maria holds a state phlebotomy license in California, underscoring her dedication to hands-on patient care and clinical proficiency.
Driven by her profound passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people’s lives, as well as working in diverse work environments throughout the years phlebotomy has also served as a stepping stone to further her healthcare career. Throughout Maria’s career as a phlebotomist, she has had the privilege of working closely with Clinical Laboratory Scientists, and experienced phlebotomists who have provided invaluable insights into patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the critical importance of accurate specimen collection.
