Glen A. Leenders

Chief Financial Officer

After graduating high school, Glen attended Corbin University in Salem, Oregon; he later graduated from Wenatchee Valley College with an Associate of Arts Degree (AA Degree). Glen began his career in retail and then switched to selling insurance with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. He started his career in Healthcare as he was the Director of Sales in Occupational Medicine for Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA. In January of 2000, he left Confluence Health and became a co-founder of a startup healthcare company, AnovaWorks, PLLC that specialized in onsite and near site clinics in Eastern Washington. Glen was the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Customer Relationships. After 21+ years, Glen retired from AnovaWorks, PLLC on March 31st, 2021, and moved to Phoenix and joined HCS in April as its Chief Financial Officer.

Glen’s passion is creating solutions for employers that want to lower their healthcare costs, create easier healthcare access for their employees while offering a fantastic onsite presence at their worksite.

Glen has extensive experience in managing finances for healthcare companies and developing onsite/near site healthcare clinics whether it be for primary care, occupational health or urgent care.

Glen enjoys golfing, hiking and traveling; he has been married to Darlene since 1986 and they have two children: Marisa who lives in the Seattle, WA area and Cory who lives in Boise, ID.
